Methodology
Conducted in-depth analysis of the full dataset to extract actionable insights. Proposed data quality improvements: standardization processes, validation rules, and real-time alerts. Designed collaborative tools (Gantt charts, Kanban boards) to improve mission tracking. Developed a mathematical formula to evaluate project complexity. Proposed GENERALI-A, an AI assistant to optimize project tracking and capture previously uncollected data.
